La Luz Ceremonies (Group)
With Traditional Shipibo Healers (From Ucayali, Peru)
May 29 - 31, 2026
A Sacred Weekend Retreat Experience
At the heart of this retreat are two ceremonies, held within a carefully guided and deeply respectful container.
These ceremonies are led by a Shipibo shaman from the Peruvian Amazon, with Michael supporting and holding space as an intuitive conduit for the ceremonial field. Together, they create a grounded and intentional environment where each individual is supported in their own unique process.
The medicine served is a traditional Yagé brew, prepared using fresh plants gathered from the Amazon. Crafted with prayer, fasting, and intention, this preparation honors the lineage and spirit of the work. This same care is carried into the ceremony itself, allowing space for emotional release, deep reflection, and reconnection to the self.
Each ceremony is approached with humility and reverence, allowing insight, clarity, and healing to unfold naturally in the way that is right for you.
Your Stay
Throughout the weekend, you will be held within a peaceful, nature-based environment on the land.
Each guest is provided with a comfortable 6-inch memory foam mattress, a fresh pillow, and a cozy blanket to support deep rest and integration throughout your stay.
Accommodations are shared within the ceremonial space, creating a sense of community and connection. If you prefer a more private experience, you are welcome to bring your own tent or reserve a private 16-foot canvas bell tent for the weekend.
Nourishment
You will be supported with carefully prepared vegan meals throughout your stay.
Meals are designed to gently nourish the body during the ceremonial process, including personalized soups and cold-pressed juices made from fresh, wholesome ingredients. For those who prefer fully raw vegan options, meals can be tailored to meet your needs.
Preparation & Personal Support
Preparation is an essential part of this work, and we take care to support you every step of the way.
After signing up, you will receive a personal call from our team where we will review your health history, answer any questions, and guide you through the preparation process. Our intention is for you to feel clear, informed, and fully supported before entering the ceremony.
Integration & Continued Support
The experience does not end when you leave the land.
You will receive two supportive herbal bottles to take home, designed to help maintain balance and support your transition back into daily life.
We also offer integration support through online gatherings, providing a space to reflect, ask questions, and continue receiving guidance as your experience unfolds.
The Land
The retreat is held on a 40-year-old fruit orchard in the Tampa Bay area, surrounded by mature mango and banana trees.
The land rests beside a natural aquifer-fed lake, sustained by fresh water from a 400-foot well. This environment offers a sense of stillness, purity, and connection to the natural world, supporting presence, rest, and reflection throughout your time here.
